Bio
Michael Salisbury is a PhD student studying environmental communication at UF. His dissertation work focuses on communicating climate change with vulnerable communities in San Diego, California. Prior to joining UF, Michael worked in the municipal government space in environmental planning and team management roles. Throughout his professional and academic career, he has primarily focused on environmental science communication and human-environment interaction. In his free time, Michael enjoys surfing, playing guitar, and all things outdoors.
