Christine Arena is the founder of Generous Films, a strategy and design firm that produces socially and politically relevant multimedia campaigns, has 20 years’ experience building advocacy and stakeholder engagement initiatives for brands, organizations, and environmental and social causes. A former executive vice president at Edelman and author of two award-winning books on sustainability, Ms. Arena has represented clients including Unilever, HP, Adobe, Chipotle, AT&T, Conservation International and many others, and advocated for issues including climate change, conservation, women’s reproductive health and education.
Christine is creator and executive producer of Let Science Speak, an original documentary film series and campaign developed in response to escalating efforts to suppress environmental science and silence scientists. Let Science Speak premiered in September 2018 at the Tribeca TV Festival and aired on The Weather Channel. Let Science Speak’s unique storytelling approach was designed to engage new audiences, including moderate and conservative voters, with a pro-science message. The campaign generated 650 million media impressions in publications ranging from Rolling Stone to The New York Times and Fox News. Season two of Let Science Speak is currently in production.
