CJC Alum Becomes Partner in Prestigious Law Firm
University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications alumnus Charles D. Tobin, B.S. Journalism 1984, has become a partner in the Washington D.C. law firm Ballard Spahr. Tobin will be a part of the Media and Entertainment Law Group.
Tobin comes to Ballard Spahr from Holland & Knight where he was a partner and chair of the National Media Practice Team for the past 15 years. He received his Juris Doctor degree from UF in 1989.
Ballard Spahr is a national law firm with more than 500 lawyers across the county. The Media and Entertainment Law Group represents clients in all facets of publishing and in all manner of production – news, theater, music and film.
