“Emerging Trends in Advertising and Public Relations: Navigating the Integrated Landscape” features several prominent professionals and is moderated by UF Public Relations Professor Ann Christiano.

Panelists:

  • Pete Barr, Jr., president and CEO of Orlando-based Fry Hammond Barr, one of Florida’s most successful full-service advertising, public relations and interactive marketing agencies.
  • Bobby Jones, vice president of Octagon, is one of the nation’s most respected experts in marketing to millennial consumers.
  • Bruce Kallner, TEL 1982, senior vice president for strategic sales and marketing for NBC Universal in New York City, focuses on 360-degree marketing initiatives within the company.
  • Cliff Marks, ADV 1984, president of marketing and sales for National CineMedia, joins us from New York City. His company is on the cutting edge on matters related to advertising and integrated marketing communications.

Moderator: Ann Christiano is professor of public relations and the Frank and Betsy Karel Endowed Chair in Public Interest Communications. Ann directed communications for The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s Vulnerable Populations portfolio prior to coming to UF in 2010.
