Faculty Assignment Report/Effort
All CJC Faculty should receive a Faculty Assignment Report (FAR) from their chair at the beginning of each semester. At the end of each semester, all faculty will need to certify their effort allocation.

Hiring Timeline
Fall Deadlines:
July 5 – Due date for Fall GA and Adjunct Contracts
July 19 – Due date for OPS/student assistant hires
August 16 – Start of Fall
Summer Deadlines:
April 1 – Due date for Summer Adjunct Contracts
April 15 – Due date for OPS/student assistant hires
May 16 – Start of Summer A & C
July 1 – Start of Summer B
Spring Deadlines:
November 4 – Due date for Spring GA and Adjunct Contracts
November 23 – Due date for OPS/student assistant hires
