Faculty Assignment Report/Effort

All CJC Faculty should receive a Faculty Assignment Report (FAR) from their chair at the beginning of each semester. At the end of each semester, all faculty will need to certify their effort allocation.

Summer 2022 Deadlines:

Due Date for Summer A/C hire requests and adjunct contracts: March 25, 2022

Termination/graduation notifications due to CJC HR (anyone not returning to work after Spring semester): May 1, 2022

Due Date for Summer B hire requests and adjunct contracts: May 13, 2022

Summer A/C official start date: May 16, 2022

Summer B official start date: July 1, 2022

Termination/graduation notifications due to CJC HR (anyone not returning to work after Summer semester): August 1, 2022
