Faculty Assignment Report/Effort

All CJC Faculty should receive a Faculty Assignment Report (FAR) from their chair at the beginning of each semester. At the end of each semester, all faculty will need to certify their effort allocation.

Hiring Timeline

Fall 2022 – Spring 2023 Deadlines:

July 5 – Due date for Fall GA and Adjunct Contracts

July 19 – Due date for OPS/student assistant hires for the beginning of Fall (start dates between 8/8/2022 – 8/26/2022)

August 16 – Start of Fall

November 4 – Due date for Spring GA and Adjunct Contracts

November 23 – Due date for OPS/student assistant hires for beginning of Spring (start dates between 1/1/2023 – 1/20/2023)

January 1 – Start of Spring
