Eugy Han, Ph.D.
Assistant Professor - Department of Media Production, Management, and Technology
Han recently completed her doctoral degree in Communication (Media Psychology) at Stanford University, where she works with Professor Jeremy N. Bailenson at the Virtual Human Interaction Lab.
Her research focuses on understanding social interactions in immersive virtual environments, such as virtual and mixed realities. Specifically, she investigates how contextual factors—physical, virtual, and social—shape these interactions. Her work, which includes 13 peer-reviewed journal articles and four book chapters, has been featured in media outlets including CNN, Stanford News, and VentureBeat.
