Put your skills to the test in the Sell It Like a Pro: City Wide Sales Competition — a fast-paced, high-energy sales competition where your communication and persuasion skills take center stage! We are a competitive sales organization and we’re excited to see what the next generation of young professionals from the University of Florida have to offer.
About us: City Wide Facility Solutions is a national sales and management company in the building maintenance industry. We help businesses save time and solve problems by connecting them with the right services—from janitorial and landscaping to repairs and maintenance. With over 60 years of experience, our team thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and delivering results that keep businesses running smoothly.
This event is open to students of ALL majors! No prior sales experience is required, just a willingness to compete. Whether you’re a business major, communications pro, or just love a good challenge, this is your chance to sharpen your sales skills, showcase your creativity, and compete for prizes and bragging rights!
Win big at the City Wide Sales Competition! Grand Prize: $150 gift card + an interview with our organization! Finalists will earn an additional prize and all participants will receive a gift.
How it works:
- Round 1: Bring your best pitch on any topic you choose and show us your unique sales style. Each pitch should be 1-2 minutes.
- Round 2 (Finals): The top 8 competitors will draw a mystery topic from a hat and deliver a spontaneous sales pitch to our panel of City Wide judges.
- Winners: Our judges will crown one ultimate champion — and award prizes to all finalists!
