Samuel Arowosafe
Ph.D.
Samuel Arowosafe is a doctoral student in the College of Journalism and Communications at the University of Florida. He explores political and development communication at the intersection of digital media and artificial intelligence, investigating how AI-driven platforms, algorithms, and digital content shape public opinion, drive political participation, and influence social development across borders. His work examines the influence of algorithms, content virality, and audience interpretation in both national and transnational contexts. Drawing on interdisciplinary approaches, he traces patterns in online discourse that reveal how digital ecosystems structure civic engagement and the flow of ideas globally.
