Rachel will be working in a financial role and will also offer support to graduate students.
Prior to joining the College, Rachel was the AmeriCorps Program Director for IFAS 4-H, managing the Environmental Education Programming at the 4-H Camps across the state. Before moving to Florida, Rachel was the Director of Education at the Children’s Discovery Museum in Normal, Illinois for nearly a decade. This role provided extensive experience in grant writing, budget and staff management, community engagement, research in partnership with NISE Net at Arizona State University, Illinois State University, Illinois Wesleyan University, and University of Illinois, and teaching. She has worked in informal education for over 20 years and as an administrator/manager for the last 15 years.
