Kalisha Whitman Wins Three Bronze Telly Awards

Kalisha Whitman has earned national recognition with three Bronze Telly Awards for her outstanding work in digital media production.

Whitman is the Associate In and Senior TV News Manager at the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications’ Innovation News Center.

Whitman received a Bronze Telly in the Education and Training category for her piece titled Welcome to the AEJMC.

She also won in the Craft – Use of Instagram Stories category for The Pantry Stories, which showcases her innovative use of social media storytelling.

Her final award came in the Series – Food & Beverage category for The Pantry, highlighting food access and community support.

The Telly Awards honor excellence in video and television across all screens and are judged by leaders from video platforms, television, streaming networks and production companies.
