The Agency Wins 2022 UF Career Influencer Award

The Agency at the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications (UFCJC) is the recipient of 2022 UF Career Influencer Award in the UF On-Campus Student Employment category.

The awards celebrate the collaboration and innovation of those who have had an exceptional impact on a student’s career development and engagement during the preceding academic year.

The Agency provides advertising and public relations students the opportunity to work with local, regional and national clients to craft strategic, research-based and creative advertising, public relations and social media campaigns targeted at young adults. Working alongside three professionals, students gain hands-on experience learning about brand identity, campaign development, communication strategy, design, consumer insights, copywriting, social media, concept testing, market research and more.

Students have worked on campaigns for brands such as Carnival, Uber, McDonald’s, T-Mobile, Florida Museum, and Tommy Hilfiger.
