Debbie Treise Appointed an Associate Editor of the Journal of Advertising
Debbie Treise, University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications Advertising professor, was recently appointed as an Associate Editor of the Journal of Advertising. The publication has been considered the premier journal in the field of advertising since 1972.
In this position, Treise will assist with overseeing submissions made by a diverse group of scholars for the Journal’s expansive readership. With more than 30 years of academic experience, she was selected for her expertise and interdisciplinary work in advertising in the areas of health and science communication as well as her deep knowledge on qualitative methods. Her appointment spans from Aug. 1, 2019 to Dec. 31, 2022.
