Rita Men, University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications associate professor of Public Relations, was recognized on the @UFNews Twitter feed for #EmployeeAppreciationDay for “It’s About How Employees Feel” posted on the CJC website Research & Insights page.

In the study, Men focuses on how organizational emotional culture affects employees’ attitudes and what leaders can do to help.
