Dean’s List

Academic and professional excellence is acknowledged in many ways at the College of Journalism and Communications. The Dean’s List rewards students who have successfully completed coursework with distinction during a single semester.

Each student who meets the following criteria can log in with their Gatorlink credentials approximately one week after drop/add ends to download a printable Dean’s List certificate. All semesters are available starting in Fall 2023.

Eligibility:

  • 3.75 GPA or higher
  • Full-time status (may vary for students registered with DRC)
  • No courses dropped and no incomplete grades
  • S/U and internship courses are not counted in the GPA calculation for Dean’s List
  • GPA values are not rounded up

Note: For the summer Dean’s List, students must have taken 12 total credits across Summer A, Summer B, and/or Summer C.
