Instructional Designer - UF CJC Online
Jessica Schwab, M.Ed., is a member of the UF CJC Division of Distance Education Instructional Design Team, specializing in eLearning development. She enjoys helping faculty bring their courses to life, while ensuring they meet or exceed the standards of excellence set by UF and Quality Matters.
Jessica holds a master’s degree in adult education from the University of Central Oklahoma. She spent more than a decade working in corporate learning and development. Before joining the team at UF, she served as an independent learning consultant and designer, helping numerous companies identify their training needs, map out how to achieve them, and create their learning content.
Jessica is passionate about creating relevant and engaging content for learners while maintaining her focus on quality, accuracy, and alignment.
