Nutritious Food For All: Updating the Field and Fork Pantry’s Communications Strategy
Julia Andresen devised an integrated advertising campaign book for UF’s Field and Fork Pantry to encourage shoppers to select and consume nutritious food through traditional in-Pantry advertising, social media messaging, and partnerships with UF health-centric organizations. Her strategy included creative concepts for social media and digital promotions, a launch event, and evaluation methods to measure the success of the campaign.
