You will learn how to use your unique experiences to become equity minded leaders on your campus, in your work, and throughout your career. Student participants in this introductory Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) workshop will learn about cycles of socialization, learn how to identify and interrogate biases, and be given a framework to continue to learn, operate, and lead equitably.
