Palm Sunday celebrates when the crowds waved placed palms on the path of Jesus Christ when he descended from the Mount of Olives and entered Jerusalem. It marks the start of the final week of Lent, before Christ’s arrest on Holy Thursday and crucifixion on Good Friday.
