Clay Calvert Comments on First Amendment Right to Film Police in Action
University of Florida Marion B. Brechner First Amendment Project Director Clay Calvert was quoted in the article, “Is videotaping police against the law in Florida? Experts say no, but it’s still a risk,” in the Tampa Bay Times July 8, 2016 edition. Calvert commented on the First Amendment right to film police doing their jobs in public places.
