CJC Alumna Named to Forbes “30 Under 30” Hollywood and Entertainment List

Adriana Robles, B.S. Telecommunication 2015, was named to the 2020 Forbes “30 under 30” list for Hollywood and Entertainment. Robles is a writer and director for NBC’s “Saturday Night Live.”

Robles, along with Hannah Levy, are the sketch series’ first female directing team responsible for the digital shorts. The pair met at The Onion and started collaborating as editors at Funny or Die. They recently collaborated on Comedy Central’s sketch series “Alternatino” and wrote and directed short film “Francis 2.0” as part of Paul Feig’s Powderkeg Fuse program for emerging female directors.

The Forbes 30 under 30 list seeks to spotlight the next generation of young talent in television and film, both behind and in front of the camera, as well as comedy and theater. The class of 2020 features the entertainment industry’s 30 best young actors, writers, producers, directors, agents, executives and entrepreneurs. All list members must be under the age of 30 as of Dec. 31, 2019 and cannot have been on a previous list.
