Hispanicize Launches Diversity Marketing & Communications Career Fair

In response to intensifying calls for improved diversity in the fields of advertising, marketing and PR, today we announced the launch of our Diversity Marketing and Communications Career Fair. The inaugural career fair will take place during our 9th annual Hispanicize 2018 ( will take place April 17-19 at downtown Miami’s JW Marriott Marquis.

As the nation’s largest gathering of Latino pros from the fields of advertising, marketing, PR, social media and journalism, we have always been a major catalyst for career and job-related opportunities. This initiative is an excuse-removing game changer for agencies and brands who genuinely want to recruit Latino communications professionals. We’re excited to create something that will receive widespread industry support and will strengthen the U.S. Hispanic marketing industry we’re privileged to lead.

The Hispanicize Diversity Marketing and Communications Career Fair will take place on Wednesday, April 18 and will be open to advertising, marketing, PR, social media and journalism professionals as well as university seniors from select partner institutions nationwide. Hispanicize will facilitate the space and process for agencies, brands and private companies to coordinate meetings with job candidates.

The career fair integrates with the Miami debut of Hispanicize U, a national initiative that allows universities to send several hundred of their best and brightest communications and journalism seniors to attend Hispanicize 2018 at no cost. An entire career track is being launched for Hispanicize U attendees, and those students will have almost fully unfettered access to other tracks of Hispanicize 2018.

The Hispanicize Diversity Marketing and Communications Career Fair also coincides with the Hispanicize CMO & Diversity Summit that will once again bring a Who’s Who of major brand executives to share best practices, case studies, discussions and keynotes focused on U.S. Hispanic Marketing and Diversity success.
