Huffington Post Live hosted a discussion on Hollywood star James Woods suit against an anonymous Twitter user after the user called Woods a “cocaine addict.” Brechner First Amendment Project Director Clay Calvert, along with business and entertainment litigation attorney Hajir Ardebili and Ken White, attorney for the anonymous Twitter user, focused on Twitter “trash talk,” the repercussions and the California Anti-SLAPP law designed to protect free speech.
