The workshop costs $500. That includes all instruction, housing and meals.
It's our pleasure to offer this workshop once a year. It gives us a chance to get to know the best and brightest young journalists and show you around our state-of-the-art journalism and communications building.
Typical SJI schedule
- Saturday: Opening session at 4, class at 4:30, dinner at 6, followed by recreation at the residence hall.
- Sunday: Morning free. Lunch at noon, speaker at 1, class 2-5, dinner at 5, speaker at 7.
- Monday-Wednesday: Breakfast, class and speakers, lunch, class and speakers, dinner, recreational activity at the residence halls.
- Thursday: Breakfast, classes, closing assembly at 11, then checkout.
