journalism on such newspapers as the Tampa
Tribune and the St. Petersburg Times.
Garcia's most recent journalistic effort was turning around the Tampa Bay Review business newspaper and creating its online service, Review.Net.
That site was given the 1996 Best Online Newspaper Services award for Best
Overall Online Newspaper, Small Circulation, by sponsors Editor & Publisher
