Sandra F. Chance
Summary
Professor Chance’s research focuses on First Amendment, media law and freedom of information issues. By analyzing court decisions, legislation, current trends and threats to press freedom, freedom of information and restrictions on the First Amendment, her research highlights the current challenges to the First Amendment, the media and freedom of information and, in a very pragmatic way, suggests solutions for alternative ways, either through legislation or court decisions, to protect these important rights.
