Linda Childers Hon

Summary

Dr. Hon’s research involves developing relationship theory and instrumentation vis-à-vis organizations’ major stakeholders, including customers, investors/donors, employees, government, the community, and activist publics. Measurement of relationship strategies and outcomes is a critical component of evaluating the effectiveness of public relations. The other major focus is gender issues in public relations, particularly women in the workplace.
