Hyojin Kim
Summary
Dr. Kim’s primary interest is in health communication using interactive media such as the Web. She is particularly interested in how interactive media facilitate consumers’ information processing and attitude change for stigmatized health issues. Her secondary interest is in the role of DTC advertising in health promotion—how DTC advertising changes consumers’ perceptions and management of illnesses.
