Brown bags $57,000
(August 8, 2005) Justin Brown recently earned a $57,000 grant from BellSouth, Sprint and UF's Public Utility Research Center (PURC) to "study why qualified low-income households in Florida do not participate in Lifeline, [... which is] designed to make telephone service more affordable."
