Pizza with a Research Topping luncheon
- March 19, 11:45 a.m. - 1 p.m. - The presenters will be Drs. Amy Jo Coffey and Rasha Kamhawi from the Department of Telecommunication. They will be talking about the virtual reality “Second China” (Second Life platform) collaborative research project with the College of Engineering and share with you the challenges and joys of working with non-social scientists and learning to "speak their language." Pizzas and drinks will be provided.

Elaine L. Wagner
Professor Wagner’s research and creative activities involve art direction, graphic design, typography and print production. She also has an interest in topics related to teaching skill-based classes with mastery-based learning techniques and teaching design to non-designers. Her most recent work has focused on teaching students with learning disabilities; and she has written a book that explains the process of preparing computer files for efficient commercial printing and media insertion.
The Campaign for the University of Florida
