Where will you be next summer? Participating in study abroad can be one of the highlights of attending college. The College of Journalism and Communications sponsors a program each summer that is open to all majors. For one month students travel to an overseas destination to take courses taught by UF professors. Past trips: Australia Italy UK

Summer 2009 In Summer 2009 the program will visit France. Tentative plans include stays in Paris, Dijon, and Lyon, with an optional side trips to London and the Riviera. |

One of our beautiful views in Santorini, Greece, 2004 Calendar of Events Planning for the each summer's trip ordinarily begins about one year in advance. Trip details are announced in the Fall semester (usually October). Students who are on the email list are the first to receive details about the trip. A date is announced for a meeting at which applications for the program are distributed. The program normally fills within a week after the applications are distributed. Spots are limited.
