Spiker to appear on Oprah

18, 2005) Journalism professor Ted
Spiker coauthored a health book titled You:
The Owner’s Manual (Harper Collins, May 2005) with cardiovascular
surgeon Mehmet Oz from Columbia University and anti-aging expert Michael
Roizen. Drs. Oz and Roizen will appear on “The Oprah Winfrey Show” next
month to talk about the content of the book—ways for people to
slow aging and live healthier. Spiker will appear briefly on Oprah’s “After
the Show,” which airs on the Oxygen Network.
Spiker also recently wrote the cover stories for the May issues of Outside and Runner’s World magazines.
