UF leads country in conference paper presentations

The UF College of Journalism and Communications will have more conference paper presentations at the AEJMC (Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication) annual convention than any other university in the country, Sylvia Chan-Olmsted, Associate Dean for Research, announced.

At the AEJMC convention in San Francisco, August 2-5, UF faculty and students will present a total of 45 refereed papers. Many faculty will also participate as moderators and discussants on panels and programs at the conference. In addition, UF faculty and students won 10 top paper awards and 4 Best of the Web awards.
