Flanagan Awards
for Total Outstanding
Performance
(TOP).
“All permanent USPS and TEAMS employees in the College working at least .75 FTE are eligible… once every three years,” said Dean Terry Hynes. “Normally, three TOP awards are given each year. This year we sought approval for five, in part to‘catch up’ with the number of employees deserving the award.”
