Hotel Registration Form

All convention delegates MUST stay at the Wyndham Orlando Resort. Staying at the Wyndham lessens the overall cost of the convention. FSPA members must submit their reservations with the Hotel Reservation Form. Please do not contact the hotel directly to book your stay; you must use the form.

For safety and insurance purposes, the Wyndham must have a list of the occupants of each hotel room.
Mailing Instructions
The hotel forms must be sent directly to the hotel, not the FSPA Office. Please make a copy of your form and mail or fax it directly to the Wyndham Orlando Resort. Reservation forms must be received by 5 p.m. on Friday March 16, 2012. Make your reservations as soon as possible to ensure room availability.
