Biography
Frank came to Florida as a producer-director for WUFT-TV and radio-TV instructor for the College of Journalism and Communications in 1972. In 1976 he added the duties of station operations manager. He has a variety of TV production credits. He supervises RTV 4905 Individual Projects students and, through his station position, all Telecommunication students who work on local productions at WUFT-TV.
