This report cannot work properly if you disable macros. Please close the file and re-open it selecting 'enable macros'.

If you are running Excel 2000 or higher, and were not prompted to "enable macros", you may need to change Excel's security settings:

  1. Choose the Tools menu in Excel
  2. Select Macro
  3. Select Security
  4. Change the setting to "medium"
  5. Close Excel
  6. Re-open this report and select "enable macros" If you no longer see this screen once the report has finished opening, your changes have been successful.
