Bill
Swisher, TEL 1967, a public affairs specialist at Walter Reed
Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C., served as liaison between the
media and 12 survivors who were hospitalized there.
Jamie
McIntyre, TEL 1976, is military affairs correspondent for CNN
and based at the Pentagon. McIntyre was recently
recognized as a distinguised alumnus.
Ann
Bardsley Sides, JM 1968, MA 1982, is consul general at the U.S.
Embassy in Belgrade, Yugoslavia, where she works on the diplomatic front.
John
F. Berry, JM 1993, was called to active duty as a military intelligence
warrant officer in the Army Reserve last fall. Now stationed at Fort Gordon,
Ga., he wrote, "In my spare time I write a column, 'A Reservist Called
Up,' for the Press-Enterprise in Riverside, Calif., where he was a reporter.
Chad
Terhune, JM 1993, a reporter for The Wall Street Journal
who is based in Atlanta, interviewed neighbors of the alleged hijackers
who lived in South Florida and covered the anthrax threat in Boca Raton
for the Journal.
