Susan Williams, JM 1980, MA 1991, was
project coordinator for the Florida Farmstead Assessment System and
a “city girl” when this picture was taken at the IFAS swine
unit in 1994. She said “the unit manager advised her to hold
the baby hog away from myself since it wasn’t ‘housetrained.’” (That’s
a “pig,” city girl.) She is now an associate in educational
materials development for the Pesticide Information Office. |

| Five alumni of the College who work in the Southeast
region office of CH2M HILL in Gainesville are claiming credit for $14
million in new business for the firm already this year. The international
consulting engineering firm is ranked #8 among the top 500 design firms,
according to Engineering News Record (April 15, 2002).The key employees
are (1-r) Chuck Klice, PR 1980, transportation business
group development coordinator; Carla Faust Bare, MA 1992,
publications manager; Chris Barr, PR 1980, water business
group business development coordinator; Jeannene Johnson Mironack,
PR 1982, non-financial information system coordinator. Not
pictured is Jane Medved, MA 1989. |
Ashton Allen, ADV 1997, is a bass player
for the Big Sky Band. They travel full-time performing concerts. |
